Bureau of RecordThe whole site
Your edition, your town

Name your town. See it under your name.

Two things happen. The sample issue is rebuilt as your edition right now, on this page. And the machine builds a draft issue for the town you name, off your office's own site, with its proof sheet. Scott sends it to you before you pay anything.

Nothing to sign. Your details go to Scott and nowhere else. The draft for your town comes back within five business days with its proof sheet; the sample under your name is here in a few seconds.

What happens with what you typed

Your town. The machine reads the single-family and condo searches on your office site for that town, counts the price cuts, the just-listed and the open houses, and grades every figure. A research assistant sweeps the town's calendar and the machine verifies each event against the organizer's own page.

Your draft. You get the issue and its proof sheet by email. Check it the way you would check anything with your name on it. If it holds up, month one starts; if it does not, you owe nothing and you keep the proof sheet.

Your agents. Nothing goes to them until you approve an issue. Each one who opts in gets it as their own edition, from their own BoldTrail account, and pays $19 a week. Bureau collects it and remits to you.
