A price cut is not a bad sign. It is a seller saying they would rather sell than wait. If you are buying, those 55 homes are where I would start looking. If you are thinking about selling, it is the best argument I know for pricing it right on day one.

What does a house in Folsom ask right now? Across the 127 houses the average asking price is about $916,000, the median is $844,000, and they run from $495,000 to $2,195,000. Average size 2,392 square feet; about $383 a foot.

If you want to know what your house is worth today, write back with your address. I will look at the numbers for your street and send them to you.

What would my house sell for?

Our listings

I wanted to show you a Sierra Pacific Group listing in Folsom this week. Our office has no single-family listing in Folsom this week, and I would rather tell you that than dress up a house elsewhere as local.
